Are you Licensed?

What type of New Home Warranty Do you offer?

• We work with National Home Warranty with 2-5-10 home warranty insurance
  • 2 years’ coverage on labour and materials
    • 12 months’ for defects in material and labour
    • 24 months’ for defects in material and labour for major systems (heating, electrical, plumbing)
  • 5 years’ coverage on the building envelope, including coverage on unintended water penetration
  • 10 years’ coverage on major structural items

How many years have you been in business? And how many homes have you built?

• We officially started business in the Kootenay’s in November of 2021
• Our team has built hundreds of homes in BC, Alberta, Phoenix as well as in Australia

Do you build only from plans you supply? Or can I provide my own set of plans?

• We are happy to build on any set of plans provided.

Who will oversee the construction of my home? Who should I contact with any questions I may have?

• You will be assigned customer liaison with any questions you may have during the build.
• You will meet with our designer (either in person or via video call) to select your finishings
• The construction manager in your district will be overseeing the construction of your home after build permits are received

How and when can I make changes or upgrades before and during construction? What happens if there are delays in the build?

• You can make structural changes during the design process, until a final set of working drawings is received. Note, extra charges may apply for late-stage changes
• Interior selections will be made and signed off on within the first 2 months following receipt of working drawings.
  • Minor changes to paint colour and flooring can be made at additional cost after the final sign off
